• Our world has become less commonplace and routine.

Behaviours and practices have been redefined; commerce and work transformed. Tectonic shifts appear as new mindsets in localism, independence, the definition of work and sustainability take hold.

Values have transformed. As a culture, we are selective with our time, carving out more for relaxation and personal time, all facilitated by technology which makes time move ever faster.

We no longer own β€œpat” answers for challenges that our new culture poses. There is likely no killer solution or the time worn response. In many ways, legacy solutions are not responsive enough. Truly the approach is not an answer, but to learn to ask the better questions.
